Scanning
The camera won’t start
If you opened FacialStack from Instagram, TikTok or another app, open the link in Safari or Chrome — in-app browsers often block the camera. Otherwise allow camera access for this site in your browser settings. You can always upload three photos instead; the read is just as good.
It asked me to retake my photos
A blurry, dark or angled photo gives a bad routine, so we ask rather than guess. Face a window, hold the phone at eye level, pull hair off your face and remove glasses.
How often can I scan?
Your first scan is free. With Pro you can rescan every week — weekly is the right rhythm to see what's actually moving without chasing day-to-day noise.
Your routine
How is my routine chosen?
From your scan and your answers — your concerns, skin type, budget and the minutes you have each day. The cheapest product that does each job wins, and one new active arrives each week so your skin can adjust.
Can I change my budget or time?
Yes — in Settings → Your answers. Changes apply to your next routine, after your next scan.
Billing
How do I cancel or switch plans?
Web subscriptions are billed by Stripe. Cancel, switch plan or download invoices from Settings → Manage billing. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep Pro until the end of the period you've paid for.
Is there a free trial?
The face scan and your first read are free. There's no free trial of Pro on the website: you pay when you subscribe, and you can cancel any time.
I subscribed in the Android app
Subscriptions bought in the Android app are managed in Google Play, not here.
Your data
Who can see my photos?
Only you. Photos live in private storage that only your account can read. We never sell your data or use your photos for advertising. The details are in the Privacy Policy.
How do I delete my photos or my account?
Delete every photo any time in Settings — your scores and routine stay. To delete your whole account, see account deletion.
Medical questions
FacialStack is a cosmetic and grooming guide, not a medical service. If something worries you — a changing mole, a rash, painful breakouts — please see a GP, pharmacist or dermatologist.
