FacialStack is published on Google Play by Y Digitals. You can delete your account, and everything in it, at any time.
In the app — takes a few seconds
- Open FacialStack and go to the Settings tab.
- Scroll to Your photos and data.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away. There is no waiting period, and it cannot be undone.
Only want your photos gone? Tap Delete all photos instead. Your scores and streak stay.
Signed up on the website, or no longer have the app
Email helloiamyusuf@gmail.com from the address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We delete it within 30 days and reply to confirm.
Guest accounts ("Keep going without an account" in the app, or a scan on the website before signing up) have no email address, so we cannot find one from an email. Delete an app guest account from inside the app. For a website scan, create a free account with your email first, then email us from it.
Only want your photos gone? On the website, Settings › Delete all photos does it straight away.
What is deleted
- Your face photos — removed from storage immediately
- Every scan, analysis and score
- Your routines and daily check-ins
- Your profile: quiz answers, budget, region and reminder settings
- Your login, including any link to a Google account
What is kept
- Product link taps — kept for counting which products get used, with nothing that links them to you.
- Purchase records — if you subscribed, the payment provider keeps its record of the purchase for billing, tax and fraud prevention, under its own policies: Google Play and RevenueCat for app purchases, Stripe for website purchases.
Subscriptions. Deleting your account — in the app or by email — also cancels a subscription you bought on the website. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription bought in the app — cancel that in Google Play › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
